As for the qualities needed by aspiring teachers, Dr. Ducut expounded on patience, passion, and the love for the profession.  Dr. Ducut also delivered some inspiring words for the parents to continue to support their children all throughout their academic endeavors since what all teachers and parents alike want is success for “THEIR” children; given that teachers are the second parents of students.
