PSUnians, a momentous day awaits us tomorrow, the seventh of December, as the seventh President of Pangasinan State University, is set to return to his first and forever home.

Once a member of the PSU Bayambang faculty, Dr. Elbert M. Galas served the institution sharing his knowledge and expertise to students and colleagues alike. Tomorrow, he returns to familiar grounds, setting foot on the campus once more to share insights during the President’s Hour and Hiraya 2023: Induction Program.
