ECEDUCATORS CLUB

Early Childhood Education is a term that refers to educational programs and strategies geared toward children from birth to the age of eight. Early childhood professionals also provide family support, build relationship with children and families, enhance child development, and provide intervention.

CAMPUS-BASED NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH VIRTUAL CELEBRATION 2021

The officers of the ECEDucators Club, along with faculty members, attend the Council for the Welfare of Children’s Kick-off Celebration for National Children Month.

ECEDucators’ Club facilitated the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials-making contest, from its promotion to judging and prizes awarding. This activity aimed to showcase the talents and knowledge of PSU-BC students about children on various platforms. This activity was planned not only for the delegates but also for the students who will be trying to reach out.

COSPLAY CONTEST

CosPlay contest was designed specifically for BECEd students to showcase talent as well as provide information on the different characters in children’s books.

CAMPUS-BASED NATIONAL CHILDRENS MONTH CELEBRATION

Distance among the organizers, virtual conveners, guest speakers, special guests, university and campus officials, and the participants as a whole, gathered together in one mission. Technology had woven the hearts’ desires to successfully accomplish the one-day fruitful activity.

LiTEACHracy Link Project

Selected ECEDucators Club volunteers actively participated in an annual ECED Department Extension activity called the LiTEACHracy Link Project.  On December 21, 2021, a project under the Tulong Dunong Program at Tanolong Day Care Center Bayambang, Pangasinan, facilitated the program flow, and logistics.

PROJECT LINANG

ECEDucators Club volunteers during the ECED Department Extension Project LINang at Bani Elementary School, Brgy. Bani, Bayambang, Pangasinan, on March 22, 2022. This activity aimed to disseminate information about Gender and Development, in line with the celebration of National Women’s Month.

LITEACHRACY

Teacher Renalyn, BECED II-1, reads story books to the day care children of Tanolong while their parents attend with Tanolong Day Care Worker on the GAD-Information Dissemination as part of the Department Extension Program on LiTeachRacy, which was conducted on April 11, 2022.

MR. AND MS. PSU BAYAMBANG

One of the officers of the ECEDucators Club participated and a runne-up placer in the  Mr. and Ms. PSU Bayambang Centennial 2022. Maekaela Dela Cruz showcased her confidence and wit in the said event.

TESTIMONIAL PARTY

The ECEDucators Club led the preparation and conduct of the Denim-Themed Testimonial Party for graduating BECED Class of 2022, held on July 13, 2022.
