To highlight the importance of children in the society and promote their well-being, the Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus, led by the Early Childhood Education Department, orchestrated a two-day celebration in observance of the National Children’s Month, with the theme “Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Life for All” on November 30 to December 1.
