𝗗𝗕𝗠 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗦𝗨-𝗕𝗖 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Bayambang, Pangasinan – The Department of Budget and Management Region 1 visited Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus on August 12, Friday. The team was led by Assistant Regional Director Ryan A. Milanes together with Ms. Jay-Anne Nicole B. Subala, BMS I, Ms. Aiza F. Navarro, BMS II and Ms. Joceelene B. Bumatay.

It started with the validation of the status of implementation of prior years and current year Capital Outlay (CO) projects funded under the General Appropriations Acts (GAA) and the University’s Income as input for the preparations of the FY 2022 Mid-Year Agency Performance Review Report. Another purpose of the said on-site visit is to validate the implementation-readiness of proposed projects, particularly on the improvement of the Food Innovation Center in the production of ready-to-eat food products, and to inspect existing buildings and facilities as input to budget preparation activities.

The DBM team was graciously welcomed by Dr. Liza L. Quimson, Campus Executive Director accompanied by the PSU Supervising Administrative Officer and Director for Accounting Services, Ms. Jeanilyn Villanueva, Ms. Jesille Q. Viernes, Director Budget Management, Former FIC Head, Dr. Raquel C. Pambid, Mr. Rennie D. Martinez, Accountant and other staff from PSU Planning and Finance Management Office.
