Evolving for Progress— Aiming to further empower its employees, Pangasinan State University conducts a Personnel Development Program entitled Workforce Empowerment thru Educational and Virtual Opportunities Leading to Valuable Engagement (PSU- WE EVOLVE), March 8.

As progress is but which defines quality, the said program aims to equip all teaching and non-teaching staff with necessary skills and techniques for work and for life — balancing profession, self and the spirit.
