Gaining new learnings and ideas, the Ifugao State University (ISU) benchmark best practices of DOST-1 Food Innovation Center (FIC) of PSU Bayambang, August 3.
The activity aims to optimize the opportunity of ISU to benchmark best practices of PSU BC’s FIC in chips production, product branding and marketing to enhance the quality and market development of Galyang Taro Chips.
The ISU team was composed by project leader Dr. Dinah Corazon M. Licyayo, and Ms. Froylyn M. Facullo as the co-project leader with the 12 beneficiaries and six staff. They were welcomed and accompanied by CED Dr. Liza L. Quimson, and Dr. Wilma M. De Vera, FIC Focal Person.
