The 2022 National Womenโs Month Celebration endeavors to highlight the gains achieved for women and girls, assess actions towards gender equality, and look forward to steps that must be taken to ensure progress in empowering women. With the country still reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic, studies and data show that the health crisis stalled movements towards gender equality, worsening inequalities, further exposing gender gaps, and exacerbating vulnerabilities in social and political, and economic aspects.
In line with this, PSU Bayambang Gender and Development Unit headed by Dr. Glizzle M. Catabay will be spearheading a Webinar on RA 11313 or the “Safe Spaces Act.” Students, faculty members, and non-teaching personnel are encouraged to join the said webinar which will be streaming live via the official Facebook page of the campus on March 23, 9AM.
