𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊| PSU-BC LIS opens admission for A.Y. 2023 – 2024

Attention to all incoming 𝙉𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙮, 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙣, 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 7, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 11 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 who want to be a part of the PSU Laboratory Integrated School!

The 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 of incoming 𝙉𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙮, 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙣, 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝟳 (𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺), 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝟭𝟭 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 (𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗦𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠) applicants for A.Y. 2023-2024 will start on May 29 to June 16, 2023

The entrance examination is scheduled on the following dates:

June 19, 2023 – Kindergarten

June 20, 2023 – Grade 7

June 21, 2023 – Grade 11

• Long brown envelope (Write name of the student on the top left-hand corner and grade level applying for; Name Format: Surname, Given Name MI.)

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝟳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝟭𝟭 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Photocopy of Form 9/Form 138/Report Card (1st to 3rd quarter grades)

• Two (2) pieces 2×2 pictures with white background and nametag

• Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

• Long brown envelope (Write name of the student on the top left-hand corner and grade level applying for; Name Format: Surname, Given Name MI.)

𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦

STEP 1:

• For Nursery and Kindergarten applicants, submit requirements in the Elementary Department.

• For Grades 7 and 11 applicants, submit requirements in the High School (HS) Department

STEP 2:

• Get admission slip from Guidance and Admission Office staff in charge of LIS admission

• For incoming Kindergarten and Gr. 7 students, pay the examination fee at the cashier

STEP 3:

• Proceed to the Guidance and Admission Office and fill out the application form

STEP 4:

• Get exam permit from the Guidance and Admission Office

STEP 5:

• Follow PSU Bayambang’s Facebook page to get updated on the list of qualified applicants
