𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐧 ’𝟐𝟑 𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧

𝓢𝓸𝓪𝓴𝓮𝓭 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓹𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼

Despite the unforeseen rainfall, students, teachers, and teaching interns of the Laboratory Integrated School made the celebration of the LIS week more colorful by participating in the Water and Color Fun Run 2023 last Thursday, May 25.

The participants persevered through the finish line, where they ran a 4-kilometer distance around the campus, with over a hundred runners participating.

To physically prepare the participants, selected interns from the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) led a Zumba as a warm-up exercise before starting the said event.

The fun run kicked off at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, followed by an outstanding performance by the winners of the PSU-BC LIS Battle of the Bands. The top three runners brought home cash prizes, which were awarded shortly after their performances.

Despite being soaked, participants’ faces were painted with smiles as the program proved to be a success and a productive one as the Bureau of Fire Protection- Bayambang made sure that the runners had a more colorful time by showering them with water added with color liquids.

The participants returned home with their hearts full of joy. A colorful day indeed!
