The winning short film is entitled โ€œEdumorphosis: Gains in Losses During the Pandemicโ€ directed by Jan Rlee De Guzman, and written by Jireh Ceralde, January Rose Ubalde, and Benny Alzate Jr.

The said team was coached by Mr. John Joseph D. Zarate, PRPIO Coordinator, and Dr. Krigher Simbulan, Adviser of The Reflector. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the unending support and encouragement of the ever-dynamic Campus Executive Director of Bayambang, Dr. Liza L.
