𝗣𝗦𝗨-𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧𝟭 𝗙𝗜𝗖, 𝗕𝗦𝗨, 𝗗𝗔 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀

Benguet State University’s College of Home Economics and Technology – Special Project teamed up with PSU -DOST1 Food Innovation Center for the conduct of its research project named “Development and Market Assessment of Vacuum- Fried Chopsuey Chips” which is funded by the Department of Agriculture- Bureau of Agricultural Researches (DA- BAR).

In the said partnership, BSU’s research team used PSU-DOST1 FIC’s facilities for the production of various innovative food products using FIC’s vacuum fryer last August 23- 24.

The said activity also paved way for the two institutions, led by PSU- DOST1 FIC Center Head Dr. Wilma M. de Vera and BSU’s project leader Dr. Jao Jao A. Somyden, to not only exchange best practices in Food Researches but also discuss future partnerships anew.
