The Public Administration Department spearheaded the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Phase III at the Tanolong National High School on Decemebr 21, 2017, 9:00 a.m. The event was participated by twenty four (24) Faculty members and more or less three hundred students form different year level. The activity formally started with an Audio-Visual Presentation of the Invocation followed by the Pambansang Awit and Pangasinan Hymn. The activity was welcomed by Dr. Armando
C. Ceralde, the Principal of the TNHS. An inspirational message was given by the College Dean of CAST, Dr. Roy C. Ferrer. After which, an intermission number from selected BPA Students was performed in-front of the audience.
Moreover, a simple lecture on disaster risk and management was delivered by Mr. Jeffrey A. De Asis, faculty member in the PA department since he has undergone a university-wide disaster risk reduction training on March 2017. The highlight of the lecture is on how to prepare before, during and after the earthquake. After the lecture, an earthquake drill was spearheaded by faculty members of the PA Department including selected students. The activity ended around 11:00 a.m.
