Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus (PSU-BC) proudly announces that its Institute of Nursing (IN) has officially been re-accredited with Level IV status by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). The accreditation process was conducted last year, and after three months, the official results were officially released, confirming the Institute’s standing at the highest level of program excellence.
This prestigious recognition underscores the Institute’s unwavering commitment to quality nursing education, research innovation, and community service. The Level IV re-accreditation followed a comprehensive evaluation, highlighting PSU-BC IN’s accomplishments across five key areas: Instruction; Students; Extension; Research, Linkages, and Partnerships; and Planning and Development.
The Institute’s achievement reflects the visionary leadership and collective efforts of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, Campus Executive Director Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, former Campus Executive Director Dr. Gudelia M. Samson, IN Dean Dr. Maria Berenice Glizzle M. Catabay, and the dedication of the entire Institute of Nursing faculty. Their collective efforts have positioned PSU-Bayambang as a premier institution in nursing education, recognized for its pursuit of academic excellence and global impact.
PSU-Bayambang’s Institute of Nursing also extend its sincere gratitude to its partner agencies, including Universidad de Dagupan and its affiliating hospitals, whose continued support, collaboration, and shared commitment to excellence significantly contributed to the successful re-accreditation.
Congratulations to the Institute of Nursing on this remarkable accomplishment! This Level IV re-accreditation is a testament to the PSU-BC community’s #TatagAtHusay, #TatakPSU, and #TatakPSUBayambang spirit.
