The Pangasinan State University conducted its Pre-Planning Conference headed by the Planning Office on January 20, 2022, via the Zoom application platform. It was attended by the President, Vice Presidents, Campus Executive Directors for each campus, Executive Directors of School of Advanced Studies and Open University System, University Directors and Units Heads, Chief Administrative Officer for Administration and Finance, Campus Administrative Officers, College Deans, and Planning Coordinators.
Hence, according to the Director for Planning, Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, the Pre-Planning Conference 2022 aims to actively engage all involved work units in finalizing the targets established by the five divisions in their respective Annual Operational Plans for FY 2022. This will then serve as the foundation for the nine campuses, including SAS and OUS, in crafting their AOP for the current fiscal year.
It also intends to distribute the division targets to relevant key performance indicators across campuses for efficient cascading to process owners.
Thus, Pangasinan State University will continuously provide exemplary services, with careful planning and committed work.
