MARCH 3- The Professional Regulation Commission – Region 1 (PRC-R1) conducted an ocular inspection at Pangasinan State University-Bayambang Campus as it eyes the said institution as one of the Testing Centers for the future Licensure Examination for Teachers.


Headed by PRC Regional Director Atty. Ruth B. Sacay-Sabelo, along with Dr. Rosa Victoria P. Carungay, Supervising Professional Regulations Officer of Examination Center and her counterpart in the Application Section Dr. Julie D. Junio, PRC- R1 seeks approximately 50 available rooms, which can accommodate nine to twelve examinees each.


Aside from PSU-BC, PRC-R1 team has also visited Bayambang Central School and Bayambang National High School for a similar purpose.


Campus Executive Director Dr. Liza L. Quimson and Dr. Luzviminda Q. Ramos, College Dean of Teacher Education showed their support by touring the guests to the different rooms of the campus which can serve as examination rooms in the upcoming LET on March 27 or June this year.


“Let us support PRC since it is the social responsibility of PSU to extend its assistance to other agencies,” said Dr. Dexter R. Buted, University President.


Meanwhile, Dr. Quimson added that PSU-BC will give its best to provide whatever PRC needs for the fulfillment of this partnership.
