Pangasinan State University School of Advanced Studies alumna, Ms. Beverly Fernandez, landed the tenth post in the August 2017 Guidance Counselor Board Exam released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on August 7.

Ms. Fernandez obtained a rating of 87.55 percent sharing with Ms. Marie Donnabelle Olo Yan of Cebu Normal University on the tenth spot, while Ms. Rachelle Abadilla Bersamin from Ateneo De Davao University successfully got the top post with a score of 90.75 percent.
The PRC announced that only 256 takers out of 393 passed the August 2017 Guidance Counselor Board Exam drawing a 65 percent national passing rate with a four percent increase in comparison with the previous year with 239 passers out of 390 examinees.
